🛠️ Warranty Coverage

At CityLinkExpress, quality and reliability are our top priorities. Most major components, including used engines, used transmissions, and ECMs, come with up to a 24-month (2-year) limited warranty, depending on the part and listing.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery
  • Failures of covered internal components under normal operating conditions
  • Engines: cylinder heads, crankshafts, pistons, camshafts, rockers, engine blocks, etc.
  • Transmissions: internal gears, valve bodies, shafts, and torque converters

What’s Not Covered

Labor, towing, rental vehicle, or diagnostic costs

External or bolt-on components (sensors, wiring, manifolds, accessories)

Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse

Failures due to lack of maintenance (non-replacement of fluids, gaskets, filters, etc.)

🧾 Warranty Activation

To activate your warranty and ensure full coverage:

  • The part must be installed by a certified mechanic
  • Proof of professional installation may be required
  • For engines and transmissions, always replace seals, filters, fluids, and gaskets before use

📌 Improper installation or lack of proof may void your warranty.

🔁 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 10 business days of delivery
  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition
  • All returns require prior authorization from our support team
  • Include all original packaging, documents, and components

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Parts

  • Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
  • Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee

📦 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

💸 Cancellations

We understand plans can change. You can cancel under the following conditions:

Within 4 hours of placing the order: No charge

Within 48 hours: 10% restocking fee applies

After 48 hours: Eligible only under our return policy

🚛 Shipping Information

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

A $100 residential delivery fee applies unless otherwise specified

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on refused deliveries
